  • Project Manager

    Number of positions: 4 , Location: Bellevue, WA

    The Project Manager will provide technical support and strategic guidance around the planning, monitoring and execution of multiple projects; organize cross-group collaborations, meetings and drive the progress of new and existing initiatives.

    He or She will will also be responsible for working with business process management to define strategy and requirements, leading cross functional development teams from design through delivery, and managing all development, test, and launch timelines. The position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks, and change control. Develop multiple project plans with milestones and contingency plans as needed based on budget, timing, and business needs. Cross-team coordination, project management, and executive presentation skills are essential. He or She will will plan direct and coordinate activities of multiple projects to ensure the goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of available le resources to various phases of project.

    He or She will be guiding, leading and mentoring teams of Software Engineers, Software Design Engineers and Software Design Engineers in Test. Some of the key job functions of Project Manager are:

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate efforts to scope, schedule, prioritize and deploy new feature sets.
    • Translate business requirements into functional, technical and test specifications.
    • Provide support for project meetings including: presentation, agendas, placemats, notes and action item tracking.
    • Review project plans, development and test specifications; communicating implementation limitations; and data-driven solutions with all levels of project team and management.
    • Working with development teams on multiple project specifications.
    • Provide technical background in business development bridging a variety of technologies.
    • Responsible for all aspects of product feature development, including architecture, design and quality while being accountable to timelines and product performance.

    • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional working sessions to formalize cross-group activities and track realized benefits and problems.
    • Maintaining Governance related issue, risk, decision, dependency, notes, and action items. Working on SharePoint master page & theme design and delivering to customer.
    • Managing the implementing and sustaining of an Automation Program using tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 – with Team Foundation Server. This experience must encompass managing automated Test Script Design, Test Script Development, and Test Script Coverage including functional data libraries, performance metrics, and measurement creation.
    • Ensure the management and implementation and sustainment of an automation program that encompasses unit, integration, functional, and acceptance test phases. This includes the ability to drive initiatives across both Quality Assurance and Development teams in designing and implementing each level of automation.
    • Managing the design for Automation tools for our products integration with.Net 4.5 framework, C#, Windows system architecture/Windows debugging skills, HTML/XML/CSS/ASP.NET, Web Services (traditional and WCF),SQL 2008/12, Arc Objects and ArcGIS Desktop Developer's kit.
    • Managing the development team on application designs. Advises on alternatives and on implications of new or revised GIS software and applications. This position will require utilizing ESRI desktop software & extensions to perform GIS analysis and create professional map documents for a wide spectrum of projects.
    • Coordinate with Software and Development and Test teams to ensure that client satisfaction level is high.

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field or in lieu of Master's degree bachelor's degree plus five years of progressive experience.
    • 5-7 years of work experience, including significant team lead and/or project management experience.
    • Experience includes providing strong technical background in .net frame work, service-oriented architecture, and product development.
    • Strong project management background, including build processes, quality assurance, and release cycle development and tracking.

    As a member of the LiDAR Software Development Team, He or She will be responsible for designing test automation tool for our large and complex products. He will design, develop, test automation tool, modify, and document new or existing applications programs within accepted standards, procedures, and guidelines.     As a Network and Computer Systems Administrators, He or She will administers, maintains, develops and implements policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the client/server database. Implements data models and database designs, data access and table maintenance codes; resolves client/server database performance issues, database capacity issues, replication, and other distributed data issues.     As a Network and Computer Systems Administrators, He or She will coordinates changes to computer databases, test and implement the database applying knowledge of database management systems. Plans, coordinates, and implements security measures to safeguard computer databases. He or She will will also perform troubleshooting for applications and systems and provides senior level technical support for Azimetry project activities directly related to the Azimetry web infrastructure, including IIS servers and associated hosted applications. He or She will maintains infrastructure configuration standards. She also provides troubleshooting support for services requests created by hardware monitoring and software related utilities such as server and network management tools.

    Key Company Responsibilities:

    As Network and Computer Systems Administrators, He or She will is responsible for the following:

    • Coordinate with the Azimetry webteam on re-occurring tasks including, but not limited to: Azimetrysite monitoring, troubleshooting and capacity management.
    • Provide technical knowledge and systems planning support to meet agreed upon availability and uptime requirements.
    • Reasonably assist the Azimetry team in its coordinating and resolution of complex systems issues.
